APPROACH LEANERS WITH SPECIAL ISSUES THROUGH LISTEN PROGRAM 

Through this program, students with special problems are approached and listened through use of room of listening and reach them in their homes. With this program regarding to the nature of their problems, they are given fantastic advices on possible ways to use so that to handle those problems without being affected by them. We support them to have access to alternative solutions enhancing them to survive in that worse situation, how they can manage and leave it. through this program Listened learners, are supported for advocacy and required materials so that to strengthen their studies. Today, those students’ life has been changed as well as their testimonies approve that this program is outstanding and needed to be extended to other secondary schools operating in Rwanda. students indicate that this program helps them to overcome the problems making them unable to attend their studies well. Through this program, LNOB staff follow the learners with special issues at their homes to find out the reasons made them to leave schools
